Thank you for electing me to serve as your Montana State Representative from House District 29 in the 69th Session of the Montana Legislature. During the session. I served on the House Taxation, Education, and Local Government Committees.
I carried seven bills, ranging from Agriculture Property Tax Exemption reform to revising SNAP benefit laws. Three of my seven bills were passed and signed by the Governor.
I thoughtfully considered the bills that were introduced and voted the way that my conscience guided me and the way I thought you, my constituents, wanted me to vote.
Serving in the legislature is an experience that offers many rewards, and many frustrations. I encourage anyone with great ideas, a heart for service, a teamwork ethic, and good communication skills to get involved. Serving the citizens of Montana has been interesting and gratifying.
Thank you again for the opportunity to represent you.
